Strength - Hot water starts off clear, then put onto coffee grounds and it turns brown. It turns brown by bringing particulates out of the coffee via the presence of hot water. Strength measures those particulates and is determined by the weight. The higher the strength the stronger the coffee
Boldness - Boldness is determined by the darkness of the roast. The darker the roast, the more ?bold? the coffee.
Weight - Weight is the measure of ground coffee in each individual pot package, measured in ounces. The more weight, the more strength.
